DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY

Pre-Payment is required for all virtual appointments. Payment can be sent through Venmo, and online gift cards sent to my email address (amazon, airline, vanilla visa).  

If you make a video chat appointment and have to cancel or flake, you will lose your entire investment. If I have to cancel our video chat, you have the option to be refunded or can apply your investment towards a future appointment.
