Screening is mandatory; I take my safety and your privacy very seriously. The more information you provide, the faster and easier booking will be, and the more comfortable I will feel when we meet.

I require the following to complete screening:

A 30% Deposit sent by Cash App, Venmo, or digital gift card.
Your LinkedIn or Business Website
First and Last name
A fully completed booking form, sent either here or copy/paste the answers in an email.
Verifiable References are optional but appreciated.
Hobby Accounts like TNAboard (account with vouches) TER/The Erotic Review (account with reviews and whitelist), Private Delights (account with reviews), Preferred411 (account with ‘okay’s) are optional, but very much appreciated.

Important Notice

By booking with me, you understand I require a minimum booking of 90 minutes for new clients and a minimum $400 non-refundable deposit sent to my Cash App or Venmo account, and deposits made by gift card are assessed a 20% inconvenience fee. You also agree that appointments must be cancelled with at least 48 hours notice or 50% of the donation is due, and appointments cancelled with less 24 hours notice require 100% of the fee. You agree not to ask explicit questions or about my 'menu' and that time spent with me is between two consenting adults. You understand my rates are non-negotiable.
